Job Description:

Must have good understanding of Technical recruitment - US Staffing
1-6 years of experience in high volume recruiting & Team management
Demonstrated ability managing multiple teams
Work with internal teams and stakeholders managing the recruitment process
Ensure recruitment delivery to business groups and verticals
Good interviewing skills of technical candidates
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Participating in designing recruiting & account management strategies/policies/plans and hiring process within the organization
Experience in compliance and meeting client SLAs
Stakeholder management & customer satisfaction
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages
