Job Description:
- Must have good understanding of Technical recruitment - US Staffing
- 1-6 years of experience in high volume recruiting & Team management
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple teams
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders managing the recruitment process
- Ensure recruitment delivery to business groups and verticals
- Should have proven track record in W2 hiring
- Good interviewing skills of technical candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Participating in designing recruiting & account management strategies/policies/plans and hiring process within the organization
- Experience in compliance and meeting client SLAs
- Stakeholder management & customer satisfaction
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Must have handled a team
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages
- Ability to hire for different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements
- Must have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens
- Should have expertise in sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Job Diva, etc
