Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times)
Responsible for answering inbound calls and make outbound calls
Responsible for data entries
Each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool
Responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports
Follow-up on tickets created by the agents
